Arrive in Cairns, Queensland, Australia

Days 4 - 6
3 day tropical island sea kayak - An easy and relaxing way to explore the uninhabited Barnard Islands. Sea eagles and kestrels ride the thermals overhead, whilst below the sea surface the waters team with life. The clustered islands, in close proximity to the mainland, allows an easy 2-3 hours of paddling each day. Time to swim, snorkel over colorful coral and tropical fish, relax on golden beaches or explore the islands by foot or further exploration by sea kayak. Nights are spent camping under a canopy of stars on deserted sandy beaches. There is no better way to discover and enjoy the palm-fringed islands, sparkling beaches and warm clear waters.

Days 7 - 8
2 day rainforest adventure hiking

Day 1 - Hike along ancient aboriginal rainforest trails. Swim in crystal clear mountain streams and explore the rainforest. Camp for the night at the top of a 170 ft. waterfall. After a hot meal and discussing the days events, snuggle into your sleeping bag and waterproof hammock for a good nights sleep under the stars, suspended over a luminous mushroom carpet, in the middle of an ancient rainforest wilderness.

Day 2 - After breakfast and a relaxed start to the day set off to explore one of the last unspoilt rainforest areas left on earth. Returning by a different route we cross mountain waterfalls in the shadow of Mt. Bartle Frere. Swim and relax at the upper Chucka Lunga crossing, leaving in time to walk out and return to Cairns.

Day 9
Raft the Tully and bungee jump Grade III-V rapids and water levels that are guaranteed year round. Enjoy the challenge of over 45 rapids with a break to taste the delights of an excellent BBQ lunch served on the banks of this picturesque river! After rafting you're off to climb the famous Smithfield Bungee Tower to take the awesome 135 ft. leap.

Jet boat ride and parasailing

Day 11
Hot air balloon, raft, skydive. The exhilaration starts with a Koala balloon ride high over the Tablelands area with 360 degree views of unspoilt scenery, see the sunrise, kangaroos and much more. Transfer to the Barron River for a half day of white water rafting then top off your extreme day with a fully instructed skydive jump from 10,000 feet high above the tropical rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef.

Days 12 - 16
Learn to scuba dive package. Learn to dive in a professional and safe environment and combine it with spectacular dive locations on Australia's Great Barrier Reef. There truly is no better place in the world to learn to dive! The warm water and the visibility between 30 and 100 feet makes for ideal training conditions. The diving training center is in the city Cairns and features all modern facilities. The PADI 5 day learn to dive course is broken down into two components: 2 days of pool and classroom training, 3 day - 2 night live-aboard cruise to the Outer Great Barrier Reef. Day 1 - Academic and Pool Training Session Day 2 - Pool and academic Training Session Days 3 - 5 - Depart Cairns for 3 days 2 nights of fantastic diving on the Great Barrier Reef. After 4 training dives take your first pleasure dive as a certified diver and a guided night dive. Spend your final morning diving before a late a afternoon return to Cairns and the Certification Party!

Return home.
